Lauren is first of all, a believer in Christ, wife to Dr. Cappy Sinclair, mom of 2 boys, a Registered Dental Hygienist at Smile Virginia Beach, and she also teaches spin classes at Inlet Fitness.
Lauren is known as a connector and has a natural gift for connecting others. She and her husband have long been big supporters of all things F.I.T. in Faith Media and Founder Collective.
Candice joined F.I.T. in Faith Media, LLC and The Founder Collective 501 (c) 3 after a 15-year career in the marketplace. After a year of praying and seeking guidance from the Lord, she left her career and is now using her God-given skills and gifts to glorify Jesus as the Chief Operations and Financial Officer for the ministry (Exodus 35:10).
Her zone of genius, gifted by Jesus, is business and financial scaling, finding creative and innovative ways to build and implement business strategies (Proverbs 14:23), while also using discernment to make savvy business decisions (Proverbs 23:4). Her financial and business acumen has grown businesses, tripling their annual income, while implementing systems for proven-results. Her intentional stewardship practices keep God at the forefront when making business decisions, committing her work to the Lord (Proverbs 16:3).
